Quotes are based on the information submitted and may change if the design, quantity, materials or requested services change. Full payment is required before materials are ordered or production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, photographs and design details. When a proof is provided, production will begin only after approval is received. Delays in submitting information, making payment or approving a proof may affect the completion date.

Because custom items are made to order, all sales are final except when an item is defective, as explained in our Refund Policy.
